Peruvian Tea Culture
In Peru, coca tea is both legal to produce and consume. It is popular with Peruvians in mountainous areas. Coca tea is made out of coca leaves like the illicit substance cocaine, but is an upper more on par with strong coffee since it is not purified and snorted.
